5x7 Typography Poster Assignment: I was required to create a typographic layout for song lyrics using Adobe InDesign for this assignment. The lyrics had to include a minimum of seven words, five colors or less, at least two typefaces, a byline for the artist, and no photography. While I am not super happy with the type of font I used for the “we are more than conquerors” section of the poster, I am happy with the textured rock background behind the typefaces. I chose that background to represent how strong we can become (like rocks) when God is for us. This song had been speaking into my life recently, and I thought it would be a great one to use in this assignment.
